How to cooperate with me

1. Prepare the assignment

In order to create product photos for you, I need the most specific information about your product or project. There is a big difference between taking pictures of shiny jewellery and a paper box. An ordinary photo of your product taken with a mobile phone is enough for me to assess the difficulty of taking photos.

Do you already have your own idea or will I propose a creative concept?

For what purpose do you want to use the product photos?

Catalogue photos of products

Catalogue photos of products are intended for direct sale of the product. They are mostly on a plain background so that your product stands out. Of course, I will perfectly light and retouch your product.

Creative photos / Hero shots

In this case there are no boundaries. They can tell stories, interest your customers at first sight and create the desired wow effect. Combined with perfect light and retouching, they will set you apart from the competition. You can use creative product photos as a banner on your website, or as a cover photo on social networks, in online campaigns, but also on billboards and on the packaging of your products.

How many product photos will you need?

For some products, 1 photo is enough, for others, e.g. jewellery, 2-3 shots from different angles. Will you want photos with or without a background? If without a background, I will have to cut out your product and remove the background additionally.

What is your budget and deadline?

Based on your budget and the photo delivery date, I will have a clear idea of how much time I will dedicate to your project and I will propose the most optimal solution for your assignment.

I can take product photos for you in the studio, in the interior, or in the exterior. In the case of taking photos of oversized products, I can also come to you.

2. I will prepare a detailed price offer for you

The price offer includes the costs of delivering the products back to you, in the case of photo shoots outside the studio, the costs of transportation to the photo location and back.

3. I will carry out product photography

You can deliver your products to me by mail, courier or personally. After the photoshoot, I will send you preview photos for proofreading. I will send your products back to you after your approval of the photos, or after the required modifications have been incorporated.

4. Invoicing and handing over photos

Before the actual implementation of the project, I will invoice you 50% of the total amount as a deposit. After the successful completion of the project and payment of the remaining 50%, I will send you all the photos in high and low resolution in a way that we will agree in advance.
